Who is Coach Matt?

Matt Mijares is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach based out of Boston, MA. Training clients since 2020, his experience and varied skillset will take your health to the next level.

He believes exercise is key to getting the most out of life. In 2025, he left behind his 9-5 to go back to what he did best: helping people live healthier lives.
